Other Information about the Home and Stove
Room Size (Sq ft): 936 | House Size (Sq feet): 2544

Purchased from: Fireplace Retail Store - Englands Woodstove Store

Likes: Bought in 2010. Stove is well made, performs as advertised. Easy to light, burns secondary gas well and cleans the window when flames are in firebox.

Dislikes: When totally shut down, there is no way to totally shut off vents and cold air coming down the flue causes stove smell by exiting into room via the EPA vents (one in back and two under the front of stove that feed secondary air).

Comments: I like this stove a lot, much improved from those of the 1980s. Ran Simpson SS 6\" dbl wall stovepipe, no damper, to keep draft velocities high to assure outside 30\' masonry chimney draws well. No backdraft problems to date.
