Likes: Good Heat output. Easy to control temp. Overnight Burns with good dry oak. Nice looking fire. Easy start-up. Well built.

Dislikes: I don't use the ash pan. I just empty with a bucket and shovel. If you leave it on high the stove will over heat. Not a PE problem just don't forget it after loading in the morning.

Comments: I took forever to make this decision and I glad I picked the spectrum. I am glad I did not get the summit. It would have been too big. I have a new house. 2*6 ext. walls. 1.5 inches of closed cell foam then the rest of the wall cavity is filled with cellulose. I built with an open floor plan. I think I will install some vents above the bedroom doors. You have to give this stove some room. Only the cold blooded family will want to hang out close to this thing. My wife picked the color. White enamel on the base. Black door. I would recommend this stove to anyone. Its awesome. I know how hard it is too pick one, so if you have any questions email me.
