Likes: Looks awesome
Large viewing glass
Easy to operate
Easy to clean
Easy to install
Excellent manufacturer support
Quiet fans on low and moderate on high
Long burn times easy 10 plus hours
N/s loading
Thermostat that adjusts to heat
Flame shield for combustor

Dislikes: No ash pan or dump (it’s an insert so no room for it)
Small belly
Kinda low ceiling height to combustor compartment
No temperature controlled fans they always stay on even when it is cold can forget that they are on especially on low being quiet
Smoke leakage when starting a fire with door cracked (possibility of it being my just barely tall enough stack)
Sometimes smoke leakage when reloading due to having a huge door offsetting draft a little. Not too terrible though
Expensive

Comments: This thing does it all from pumping out the heat to slowly trickling it out over long periods during shoulder season or when heat level has been reached. I constantly get 12 hour burn times on low and have gotten 18 on a full load of Doug fir. Heats my whole house better than my other stove but that has more to do with location than stoves. Want a flame show with no problem. Just turn it up. Want low and slow boring black box? No problem just turn it down low.

Takes a little getting used to but once you find your low setting after a few tries mark it and it will perform the same time and time again.
