Likes: looks good, heats house well, simple to operate

Dislikes: handle does not fit ash pan door or ash pan - dealer told me that's the handle that comes with it - "they are all the same, that's how jotul makes them".!!!
-glass can be harder to clean than on 3CB.

Comments: Stove is great. Dealer not. Dealer admitted the Oslo used to come with a different handle(Black, like a lg. angled allen wrench) now used with Castine and other models which fit the Oslo ash pan perfectly, he showed me.But he would not give me one in exchange for the one I had until I got a bit louder in front of the other customers. It still won't fit the turn handle but I guess there is a way to adjust a set-back screw on that to make the hole larger. I'll have to try it when the stove is cold. If others are having problems with the ash pan/handle problem, then be advised that they DO KNOW all about it - (they told me to cut the metal on the ash pan and bend back the flaps,so the old handle would fit!!)- I spent over $3,000 on a 3CB and Oslo, but they wouldn't part with a $19.handle for me! These guys are giving Jotul a bad name, tho the stoves are great.
