Likes:
Glass remains clean, easy to wipe ash film off inside of it when stove is cool. Does a fine job of starting fires and putting out heat. Burns Ailanthus and Willow and coniferous wood with no trouble.
Dislikes:
Ashpan design a bit messy. When fire is very hot sometimes difficult to damp down fire far enough, probably due to well-insulated 18-footlong, strait flue.Multi-level top inconvenient for putting moisture into the air, because it prohibits the use of a very large vessel. I have to use 3 smaller ones.
Comments:
Pedestal mounted with large ashpan. No blower attached. Dealership very willing to help, but being able to contact designers would help to understand the functioning.
