Harman Accentra Insert is a good looking, substantial, easy to use stove. Overall, the many features outweigh the few shortcomings. In general, it is a well thought out machine.
As others have said, it's noisy. Sometimes, it's VERY noisy.
My previous pellet stoves were not silent, however, they were never this noisy. As with most things, you do get used to the noise eventually.
While it is an expensive stove, I believe it was worth the premium price. It is a very well built piece of equipment.
It's heavy, which you might expect from a stove that is largely composed of cast rather than sheet metal.
The automatic ignition and automatic temp sensing sytem do combine for a convenient, hands-off heat source.
A very attractive, feature-rich, well designed stove.
As for the dealer;
KC botched the installation, then disappeared.
All subsequent communication with KC attempting to resolve the poor installation proved fruitless.
No satisfaction whatsoever with this dealer.
There are other Harman dealers in this area, check them out.
