Likes: The dealer: Orley\'s of Roseburg. Eli treated us royally throughout.

The Stove: Five stars for looks and ease of use (in comparison to the earth stove we had). Keeps the back half, ground floor (two storey addition), of the house at 70 degrees quite easily; front at about 66-68 after a few hours. Master bed/bath and office are upstairs; temperatures are quite comfortable.

Dislikes: The only non-positive thing we can think of is that it isn\'t quite as efficient as we thought it would be, however, not to the extent that we are in any way disappointed with it.

Comments: The best part of our experience was how Eli, at Orley\'s, helped us. We had owned a Lopi stove (also by Travis Industries) in a previous home so we knew the product would be excellent, but we looked around anyway. We shopped for stoves from several different dealers in our area and in a larger metropolitan area to the north - we bought from Orley\'s because we were treated VERY well from the start. Any questions we had were answered professionally and patiently. This was important to us as we were going to be installing the stove and pipe ourselves. We called Eli several times AFTER the delivery of the stove to clarify some point or other regarding the installation of the pipe and he was happy to help. From reading some of the other posts on this site this is not the norm, although it should be. If we ever have to buy another stove here, it will be from Eli at Orley\'s.
