Likes: Heats the house in upstate NY very well. The inlet air adjustment works very well and on low the stove burns close to 10 hrs leaving large coals in the a.m. The airwash system works well at keeping the door glass clean if you are the type to care about that. (I use it as a heater for my house so dont really care much). firebox holds a lot of wood, and logs up to about 21" front to rear without a problem. Glad i purchased this stove. good proce for the quality compared to the higher level stoves like quadrafire. I can buy 2 of these for one of them.

Dislikes: fiberboard baffles get bumped when trying to load full load overnight, and only last about 2 years or so with a constantly used (6 month heating season in upstate NY). The baffles can be replaced with firebrick a lot cheaper

Comments: The napoleon fan made for the unit made a big difference in getting heat off the stove. if u get the fan be sure to close off the perimeter of the back cover with door gasket, it makes the air flow past the firebox better and blow heat out past the front of the stove. without the back cover sides being closed off the air used to come up the back more and not be as effective
