Likes: Keeps glass clean,is super responsive to adjustments, smooth heat, very well built and the heat shields work super.I have an 87 degree hearth under the stove while burning hot.

Dislikes: It smokes from the primary intake while reloading if door is left open too long.If door is kept almost closed it will stop.

Comments: I had a 2ndary burn stove and I would never buy another. This cat stove is unbelievable.Go cat people, you'll thank yourself during the shoulder burns. This thing is responsive. No creosote from this stove.1st year I never got but a handful of fine gray powder from the chimney clean. It's just fun to burn this thing. If th glass cruds up from unseasoned wood,it will burn right off when up to temps. The only thing you'll get on your glass is fly ash after a few weeks..Did I tell ya we love this thing?
