Likes: Fantastic heat output for its size. Very clean burning. Consistent performance and behaviour whilst burning. Very efficient at extracting energy from the wood, leaving little behind.

Dislikes: Not really a con of the stove but given its size a true overnight burn is not likely. The fan is grossly loud, I hooked it up to a Dial a Temp rheostat which allows me to run it much slower and quieter. It also makes the fan more effective.

Comments: I get solid 3 hour burns with Fir (3 4" splits per burn) if I could fit a 4th split in I would likely achieve a solid 4 hour burn. I believe with hardwood I could squeeze out a 5 or 6 hour burn. Which considering its size is pretty amazing. This little stove handily heats our insulated 1500sf home (bungalow) in a basement install. With the use of the fan on a modified low (see above) in combination with the Ecofan on top and our open staircase its pure wood burning heaven. Great stove for smaller spaces.
