Comments: I love this stove! There are a lot of mixed reviews out there about it, but if you like to do things yourself, this stove is no problem. I say that because if there is a problem with the stove, US Stove will mail you the part and you install it. I installed the stove myself using 4" pipe and have burned almost a half of ton of pellets with great results. Stove operates better using higher quality pellets, due to not having an ash pan. I have read people going a week without cleaning the stove with no issues, but I clean it out about every 24 hrs or so. A bag on lowest setting last about 15 hrs and puts out 130 degrees heat. On setting 3 it puts out about 160 degrees heat. Settings 4 and 5 I have yet to try. This is using Hamer's pellets. I really can't complain, I wanted to save a few thousand dollars by buying this stove and installing myself versus a higher line model. It does its job, it just doesn't have the bells and whistles as the other brands. Customer service seemed knowledgeable and helpful when I 've called about operating questions.
