Likes: Looks nice and puts out a decent amount of heat when it burns correctly.

Dislikes: Warranty is useless, customer support is nearly non-existent, Stove arrived missing numerous parts, Hearthstone charged more to ship the "no charge warrantied parts" than the parts are worth. After only 4 months of use the side door mount is broken and the door doesn't seal properly, the inner panel of the side door is missing a bolt and is warped, the ash pan door hits the air control lever and rubs paint off. the ash pan door doesn't line up with the front of the stove when closed wooden knobs constantly have to be tightened as they regularly come loose with normal use. The handle and latch on the side door seem to be wearing loser already and I do not expect them to last all that long. I'm sure there are other issues that I haven't listed but most noteworthy is the lack of warranty support from Hearthstone.

Comments: The Manchester would make a great stove for someone that just wants to spend $3k on something to sit and look nice.
