Dislikes: Multiple problems. 1) Auger jams frequently (we run three other pellet stoves on the same pellets without problems- two St. Croix stoves and a pellet boiler).
2) Stove frequently goes out (we have watched the auger turning w/ no pellets coming through even though hopper is half full).

Comments: Wondering if pellets were bridging in the hopper and starving the auger we mixed corn w/ the pellets to improve the flow characteristics of the fuel but it did not correct the problem.
We ran an older Countryside unit 24/7 each winter for nine years without experiencing these problems. Have others had this problem w/ a recent model Countryside? I am wondering if it is related to the redesign of the hopper. Any suggestions are welcome.

We have been very disappointed with this unit.
