Likes: Runs well and does what we want it to do, augment our gas heat.
Very little issues. Replaced door window gasket...could not find any instructions until located some on YouTube. This is the only part to be replaced. Has run 8 winters from Nov 1 until March 31 each winter............... 24 x 7 . Typical winter we burn approx 80 bags of pellets. Overall very happy with this stove. We have come to depend upon it and just expect it to run.

Dislikes: Local supplier is not too good when it comes to advise or expertise.
Price is up there, so you have to want to spend the money.
Sometimes it can be difficult to get solid information of exactly what to do for maintenance in detail. Often a learning event, but not overly difficult is you have basic aptitude.

Comments: Good product....a workhorse.
We clean the stove either once a day or once every two days depending upon bur rate....approximately once every 40 pound bag of pellets (premium grade).
We use a 6 gallon shop vac with fine dust filter and it works great. A clean stove is a dependable well operating stove.
