Likes: Heavy Steel top, about 5/16".
Thick Steel sides.
Heavy Steel Baffle and Ceramic Blanket.
Produced a lot of heat.
Glass remained clean when adjusted properly.
Overnight and after-work burn times usually had enough coals to reignite a new fire.
I used top plate to cook occasionally- although not recommended.

Dislikes: Only the electric fans and the unit is 60% inside the fireplace. Needed electric fans to produce bountiful amounts of heat. During rare power failures we had to huddle near the stove to get warm.

Comments: Purchased in 1995 and I still I love this stove. The fans still work fine and the ceramic blanket is intact. This stove is a wonderful piece of quality technology. Although, I should have purchased the larger unit since I have many large windows. Anyway, I recently removed the stove and replaced it with a free standing unit- in case the power goes out for longer periods.
