Likes: Low price for unit
Easy to get parts
Well made and built to last

Dislikes: noisy blowers (forget about watching TV in the same room)
complicated control board
Stove takes a long time to heat up (45 min - 1 hour)
Must be cleaned out at least twice per day
inefficient burn design due to pellets being pushed in, as opposed to dropped into, burn pot
Almost a lazy flame even on higher settings

Comments: This is a good entry level stove. Very good quality for the price, and parts are easily accessible. The manufacturer is very helpful as well. It will heat up to a 2000 square foot space, but requires frequent quick clean-outs of the burn pot to do so(twice per day or more).

If you shut the stove down each time you clean it, two or more times per day, then you loose efficiency and the stove doesn't perform well. So, I learned that you can, using a large flat screwdriver, very quickly(in just a few minutes) clean out(scrape) the burn pot while the stove is still operating without shutting it down. This is necessary to do in order to keep the stove operating hot and efficiently.
