Unit Looks Nice. Seems to put out a lot of heat. Very easy to clean.
Worked 2 months and then got loud grinding noise. Thought Bad Bearings. Dealer ordered fan. Took 16 days to get fan. I ordered fan and took 2 days. Took old fan out and found 2 screws impacting fan and causing the LOUD Buzz. Shortened the screws and found another buzz. Put washer under sheet metal screw (Part of Hopper). Found another Buzz and put block to put pressure on the hopper under. Yet another buzz. But it only does it COLD. Goes away when hot. I can live with that. Unit is now very quiet even on High Fan. Dealer is worthless because I live outside their area and they want to charge for going 35 miles even for warranty work. I was told bring part in and they will swap. It would have taken several times to work out the Buzzing. This unit was floor model. After running couple months it developed buzzing. It is Non TC Model.
Dealer Worthless. I hope during January it puts out enough heat. Replaced Blaze King "King" that had 50k Btu with 50k Btu Pellet Stove. I have my nagging doubts. But so far it's doing the job. Going thur 1/2 bag pellets each night. I would buy again, but bigger P68.
