Comments: I'm following up after my initial review several years ago because there aren't many real world reviews of this stove to be found. This will be our 3rd year of burning with this stove and we're very pleased. We've never seen 14-16 hour burn times, but we've never really had it stuffed to max capacity as that would heat us out of our living area. 10 hour heat isn't uncommon (at about 2/3 full) with a nice bed of coals remaining in the morning. Seems like you have to have the fire really hot to use the cooktop, but a nice option to have for power outages. Probably wouldn't buy another Woodstock just because of how hard it is to get the stove to your home (drop freight via common carrier at local business - then you're on your own to get it to your house) and I'm not 25 yrs. old anymore - but certainly no regrets for buying the stove. Hope that gives somebody information I didn't have for my purchase.
