Meredith wood stoves were made of plate steel and fabricated in the heyday of the first stove boom - the period 1978 to approx 1982+.

The name comes from the town of Meredith, NH where the company was located. Another popular steel plate stove, the Nashua, was also made in the same town - but named for another!

These stoves were available in wood and wood/coal combo models.
