I had the same problem with my XXV combustion motor blade. I ended up drilling out the set screw, and getting a new blade.

The start up time is not too bad. If it has been down for a while it takes like 10 minutes to light.

Four hours is way too long. I would definitely suspect the ESP, but it is odd that it shuts off when the door is open.

Make sure the combustion motor plate is absolutely flush against the unit. I have put this in wrong after cleaning.

It very well could have. Check to see if there is a fuse in line with the blower.
I use Rutland Glass cleaner on a damp paper towel. Scrub, and then wipe off with a clean dry paper towel.
Works like a charm on my XXV.
