Pull the snapdisk & hold a flame to the contact surface. If you hear a small "tink" or a metallic click, the disk is working.
If you don't then the new one is inoperable. If it DOES then it could be an airflow issue.
The disk needs to be in solid contact with a hot surface in order to work...
I have no idea what you are talking about...
The Harman igniter is mounted in the cavity under the burn pot & is held in a bracket.
It is accessible by dropping the small cover plate held by (2) thumbscrews.
There are (2) 5/16" head zip screws holding the bracket in place.
The igniter doesn't...

Get yourself a couple of different sized storm collars - OR one with a small ID for the pellet vent & large enough OD to cover the collar on the chase top. Either way, apply 30 yr silicone LIBERALLY to seal everything.
The Jotul enamel stoves are gorgeous, but chips happen, & some colors touch-up better than others.
Any paint out gassing during curing in the firebox is a non-issue...That'll go up the flue.
You MAY get some burn-off on the heat shields..

2. If your burner shuts down, & the pilot stays lit, the thermoPILE may be bad. The ThermoCOUPLE controls the pilot side.
3. Have you taken any readings on the thermoPILE with a multimeter?
I'd say it's not gonna be cheap. That particular model does not allow for a solid-fuel (woodburning) insert to be installed in the fire box.
You WILL hafta tear it out, along with whatever venting is in there as well. Depending on the type of cultured stone & how it's installed, you are probably...
