    Molsonc1 nice stone work. We have just been running the furnace here and there still a little to warm yet I think. Tomorrow high is supposed to be about 70, but Wednesday is calling for 50 and rain so I might be firing it up soon.

    I'm in the same boat Bushels20, My two daughters want a fire if the house even seems chilly anymore. I don't get it in the summer the house has to be freezing, and in the winter it's never warm enough.

    Bushels we are having upper 40's low 50's today but they are talking about a frost advisory tonight. When the sun is out it warms the house nicely, but I could see the girls wanting a fire sometime this weekend.

    I also put a few pieces of ash in the garage tonight just for the cooler temps coming. The stuff is been seasoned for a few years so I'm curious to see how it burns.

    I haven't yet but I'm hoping to make it a few more weeks but this weekend is calling for cooler temps with rain. So I would not be surprised if I lit the basement stove.

    Bushels20 where i Ohio are you located? I'm located in the northeast part about 40 min east of Cleveland. We are supposed to have temps in the mid to upper 70's tomorrow but cold and rain for this weekend. So I might be lighting the first fires for the year.

    Were still seeing temps in the 60's and 70's. No wood burning yet but between splitting and stacking I'm ready. We did have some cool temps in the upper 30's yesterday but it warmed up nicely. I would imagine in the next couple of weeks we will start burning. I usually have my first fire...

    We have been having some above average temps but by Friday here we are lucky to be back in the 60's.. I know it is coming but I'll take 80's for Oct.

    We are having warmer than normal temps here with the beginning of the week pushing 90. So no fire here. Thewoodlands I agree nothing better than a warm basement when those cool temps show up.

    I ended up splitting the rest of those large ash rounds that were in some previous pics today. It was in the upper 70's with a slight breeze so me and the dogs went to finish it. I split and copper retrieved his duck for about an hour or so.

    Well after 2.5 years of shopping I finally found a tractor.

    Nice tractor! I use mine for about as much as I can. I spent some time looking for one as well. the wait is worth it nice tractor! Get a grapple.

    here is the sink and faucet we put in out master bath. I like the farm house style better it is a much bigger deeper sink. I hate those little vanity sinks.
