P43 Insulated or Non-Insulated Chimney Liner

35' is a stretch. It will do it but BEWARE. I would need a lot more info on this to give you an answer. Chimney location in the house, size, where the stove is, and how you will run it is a good start. Eric

I just have to share this....... wood stove install

    creosote buildup

Remove the combustion blower cover and clean in there and your venting. Never hurts to pull out the owners manual and get a refresher course in cleaning your stove. 90% of all my service calls are a lack of "correct cleaning". Everyone admits to cleaning their stove but most of those people...

    Mt Vernon AE issues

Connect and reconnect EVERY connection inside the unit. Just because a MT Vernon AE indicates an error code does not mean it is that component. I have so many AE units that throw codes left and right it is not funny. Wait until you see the wall control read backwards or just go out all...

You can pack the gap around the damper with fiberglass insulation, no paper backing. The chimney also needs to have been cleaned prior to the liner installed. If it was not that creosote can be heated up and it will go liquid. Eric

Why did you install an outdoor air kit?

I have been known to stir the burn pot a little. Why did you install an OAK? 1.) Is it to cut down the clearance to a window or door? If there is an air wash in the door (Breckwell, Napoleon, US Stove) that allows room air into the unit or any other air inlet to the stove this will not work...
