1) What is a good Moisture Meter to purchase?

2) Where is a good place to purchase?
 
Harbor Freight. Harbor Freight.
 
Got mine at lowes, works good
 
The "General" brand at Lowes is very good. Runs about $30. Sometimes on sale for $25.
 
Don't buy this one. It's total junk. Pins stay in the wood when you pull it out.
