Accentra F/S Blower Motor Won't Go Above Low Speed

I have a 2012 Accentra F/S and recently noticed the blower motor only stays on low speed even after turning the knob to high. Can anyone suggest a cause or a fix for this issue? Thanks in advance.
 
Check the motor to make sure the cage spins freely.
 
The Accentra had a Hi/Low switch for the fan in the cavity that the circuit board folds into. Not sure when that was deleted. Check to see if yours has it and make sure it is on Hi
