amaizing heat corn furnace advice

We have a farm sale coming up friday and they have a amaizing heat corn furnace that was installed this spring and has not been used yet, and i'm thinking preaty hard about it. Can any one give me any advice on these. If i get it, it will be used when i'm gone over night hauling grain so my wife don't have to fill the wood burner. Any comments please. JD
