I would like to introduce a fairly new product line for all stove shops and others selling/delivering wood pellet fuel. If you have not experienced these units firsthand or seen one in action you're missing a great opportunity to streamline your delivery services and labor saving efforts. For more direct information on these awesome machines please visit the manufacturers web at (broken link removed) or feel free to contact me direct or visit our web at www.stovedoctor.biz for more information.

Yo Doc! If you want to advertise on the site talk to Craig and send him a check.

^^^^Word.

My competitor just bought one of those looks like a great idea. I don't sell pellets so not really good for me but for those that do it's a great idea.

Brother Bart & Eric,
I don't think he's trying to sell these, I think he's just pointing out the existence of a useful tool. Maybe this one could have gone in the industry forum.

Me and our is a dead givaway ;)

I thought about suggesting he post it in the For Sale section, but that (as I understand it) is a service for members interested in private transactions, not commercial ones.

There's a huge difference between somebody who shelled out their own money for a product who wants to run a review, versus a company selling a product trying to talk it up in the marketplace. I think Extend-a-Flu is the only product with that privlege on this board.

Of course, it's not my call--JMO.

He already posted his stoves ad in the For Sale section a few days ago. Craig said "no blatant commercialism, etc" on the home page.

Like you say, Craig's call. Several dealers post here and I would buy from them because they participate. Not just advertise.

I didn't see any info on the trailer on his stove store web site I took that to be the site he meant as "our" site. And agreed it's Craigs call and if it was blatant comercialism Craig or Mo will right the situation. Though the stoves have stayed up for a couple days now so it doesn't seem to be an issue.

Certainly not intended for a "freeride" advertisement - thought this was a community forum to talk about interesting and new tools/misc products related to the hearth industry. NOT a ad - sorry to offend anyone!

From the Doc's homepage linked in the original post:

"We are now a distributor and dealer for Amaze-N-Tow.
Visit our Amaze-N-Tow link to see some our our products."

Nobody's offended--we're just debating whether there's a line and whether you crossed it.

Hey Craig: Can I start using this board to sell magazine subscriptions? It's a really, really good magazine. I mean excellent. Outstanding. Awesome. Anybody who cuts or burns firewood should buy a sub. Trust me, I'm not just saying that because I'm the editor.
