A cord is 4x4x8, or 128 cubic feet. Your shed it 12x6x4 or 288 cubic feet (which is 2.25 cord). Granted, your interior measurements are less, but you should still be able to fit a cord and half easily, and 2 if you are really good at jigsaw puzzles.

That equates to 312 cubic ft so at 128 cubic foot per cord you can hold approximately 2.43 cords.

Where I live, 13 x 6.5 x 4 = 338 cubic feet. 338 cubic feet / 128 cubic feet per cord = about 2.6 cords.

This will only work if you cut your wood at 12", 16" or some multiple of. If you go 18", you can only stack two rows (36" wide) 'in' the shed, which would cut you down to about 2 cords. If you add that extra row, it will be sticking out by 6" and you'd have almost 3 cords.

We have a winner at 2.640625 cords.

unless we assume these are outside dimensions and he used 2x4 framing
which would make the interior volume 269.37268 ft3
or 2.104474 cords

Depends on whether or not he is using 1/2" or 5/8" sheeting. ;-P

hopefully no sheeting so the wood would actually dry out
