I'm noticing that only one of the two wheels drives the snowblower forward. If there's not enough traction in that wheel, the snowblower does not move. Is something wrong with it?
 
Check to be sure you're not missing a pin on the other wheel? I know on mine both wheels have a locking pin that can be removed, they turn easier with one wheel unlocked.

Yeah, ones with 'power steering' have a drive on each handle.
