We recently moved into our new home and there was a pellet stove insert from austroflamm already in place. We love it and have used it for over a year now, that is until yesterday when the room air blower seemed to seize up and shut down. My issue is that there are no service people near us to help and fix the problem. From what I can gather from internet and a few calls it is the blower. I do not have a manual so I need to know how to dismantle and get at the unit. From what I can see this is a simple fix with removing the side panels and then pulling in the new fan…any thoughts?
Thanks,

On the Integra freestanding its prettty easy to remove
1. Remove both side panels
2. unplug stove
3. There are 2 screws on each end of the blower assy remove them
4. Remove push on terminals from terminal board in back of stove(mark them with tape)
5. The blower assy comes out from the left side as you face the stove
When i first got my stove mine was all gummed up. Thourouly scrub the blower itself and try and free the motor up using some WD-40. More than likely the bearings are siezed up causing the motor to overheat and shut down

Enjoy your stove, you have a great unit
