Stainless steel baffle VERSUS air injection tubes. Which is better in terms of efficiency? Which one lasts longer?
Wayne in Nova Scotia.

Most air tubes are also stainless but have either fire bricks or a ceramic baffle on top. Both are about the same efficiency.

You're getting both whether you like it or not. Unless you go with a catalytic converter equipped stove.
