Zap, we hit 44 yesterday!!!!! Great to have that sort of weather at this time of they year for sure. Heading to 12 tonight but back into the 40's in a couple days. We're actually thinking we may see some bare ground yet this week. That will seem strange, but good. Not looking forward to the mud season but we have to have it every year before the real warm weather comes.

The weather man is calling for 70 by Friday here so that will be great in one way not so much so in others. Our fruit trees and things often get bit during this time of the year. We are just happy to be above freezing again. This winter has been tough for us down this way.

Holy cow. 70 degrees in February!!! We haven't even got the fruit trees pruned this year.

noticed the maple tree outside the kitchen window weeping
a patch of dry ground there in the woods, too.
Haven't seen that for a while.
Snow is still a bit too deep to get to the grapes and fruit trees and prune them back.
Usually done here by now, too.

44, Sav send some of that our way. I would settle for a week of 38 with a strong sun and that way we would lose some snow.
