When I took the stove apart to fully clean it what they did was attached a piece of stainless to the adapter piece and stuck it into the T vent pipe, wrapped it with what looks like a fiberglass rope and then siliconed it. The vent T pipe I have is 4 inch with the part going into the 4" pipe being 3 inch (3.5 diameter). I have looked and couldn't find anything but was wondering if they make such an adapter that would connect to the 3 inch vent pipe rather than just sticking it inside?
