Big E problem

I have a 2006 Breckwell Big E. I have it hooked up to a T-stat and set to High/Low and it has been set up like this since I installed it. Has an OAK installed also. Same Pellets have been burned for the past couple years.

The problem is this year it can run for a week and suddenly shuts down ro can run 12 hours and shuts down. Its not an auger jam as the pot is full of pellets when I check the #3 light or POF is blinking. I've adjusted teh damper to where it has been in the past and even moved in and out in small increments and I still have the shut down. Stove is cleaned weekly so it shouldn't be an air flow problem I wouldn't think. Any ideas?

POF switch is bad. Located on the combustion blower housing.

Eric, I was thinking that, but wouldn't it stop feeding pellets it the POF switch tripped?

That is the easiest place to start other than cleaning the stove (remove the small doors behind the burn pot and clean till your knuckles bleed).

I clean behind those doors every week, so They should be good to go.

So I've now got the damper closed completely and it stays running, but now I found something I haven't noticed before. I went to check the stove last night and the on/off button was blinking even though the stove was running fine? Is that normal as I hadn't noticed that before? If not what did it mean?

I have/had a similar issue. Stove can burn fine for a week and then die 2-3 times in one day or it would do it once a day for a while. Except on mine the burn pot is empty and it simply stops feeding pellets during mid-burn and the fire burns out, then #3 light blinks. After this happens, I push the on/off button once and it starts right back up and ignites a new fire (if it has already cooled down). I replaced the POF sensor and it did not fix the issue. I recently found what looked to be an air leak on the back of the burn box where the pellet chute goes into the burn box. You'll need to remove the right side panel to see this. It was sealed with a round thick gasket and clear silicone. There looked to be a hole in the silicone at this point and the gasket had come apart from the silicone as well. Since I have re-sealed that section, the stove has run fine, it's only been a day and a half and I do not want to jinx myself though.

I think the on/off button blinks on initial startup until the stove is up to temp.
