Here's a picture of what I've been working on today:

Yes, that is a snow drift on the left & on the right. You can see where I knocked it down in order to get out the door. :)

Very impressive! I haven't seen one flake of snow come down here today.

Zap - Not that I know of. Most of the storm was during the night so I might have missed it. I did hear it during a different storm this winter though. Lightning also - weird stuff......

Holy crap on a cracker!
There was about 4" of snow on the ground this am, and about 1/2" on the porch.
Is there a house behind all that snow on the right?

If you are speaking of the area where the glass block window is yes, that is a slight side view of our attached garage. It's hard to see but on the right, towards the outer end of the garage is our 'totem pole' Indian. He stands around 6'6" and the snow was up to his chin. :)

I made a nice one last night....we were in the Hot Tub and my wife wanted some entertainment...
The snow was higher than the tub on the side, so I rolled out onto it.....

Well, I sunk pretty far in! It must have been that 108 degree water all over me - which quickly went down in temp!
It was hard to get out of there, but I jumped right back in the tub.......

Martha always said I was the life of the party, and I can still make her laugh hard enough to.....well, you know what! Time to turn the hot tub on a clean cycle and add more bromine.

You folks can have it. The first week of Feb. last year was enough to last me a lifetime.

Yeah, it's the February and March snow storms that can be the rough ones that I remember the most.

Monday before the storm I volunteered to run this dandy piece of equipment to keep the sand/salt trucks loaded.
