Bosch FS-151 , model KBR 42-3
Please reference attached video. I was having a lot of error codes with flame not detected a few months ago. I took boiler apart and cleaned heat exchanger, cleaned condensate, etc. Noticed heat exchanger was pretty wet but Bosch said it could be due to condensate and that it’s not abnormal for it to be wet in there. Replaced set of electrodes at that time. Problem seemed to get a little better but still not entirely solved. Took this video today. I imagine this sort of leak out of heat exchanger would indicate problem.
Zero Bosch service reps in my area. I can’t even find anyone local that works on boilers.
If I can manage to get a new heat exchanger delivered, is it difficult to replace? I imagine repairing existing heat exchanger is out of the question?
Thanks in advance for any advice
