Northern MI - in the mitten
Some may remember my stab at Baklava.I said then, that I found a recipe for this custardy Bougatsa and wanted to make it.
Well, did it last night.
Couldn't find semolina, so I used farina (cream of wheat). Came out very good, but the pic may be a bit flashed out.
