I just had the first customer I sold a Breckwell Big E to back in 04-07 come into the store wanting a new burn pot assembly. He did not bring in the old one but said he went to clean the unit and found a quarter size hole in the front of the assembly. The s/s pot was ok but the assembly had the hole.

He runs 3 tons a year through it and it is in the garage. He does clean his stove and burns ProPellets in it. I will try to have him send a pic of the issue.
