These two Cherry are not far from each other so it would be nice and grab both in one day, hope I have them done by the end of October. I'll grab the Cherry in the second picture first.

Once you get the second cherry to the ground the rest should be easy work. 12"-14" diameters?

Oz, if we get that rain they are calling for then I cancel the wood dump trips (Saturday) plus the milling on Sunday then grab these two this weekend and get some measurements, you should be close on your guess.
