Forgive me for my ignorance, I know nothing about stoves. My husband grabbed this stove from a friend, his friend had a lot of faith in this stove but it clearly needs a lot of work. I'm trying to find a manual for this thing or some type of idea on what needs to be replaced. Or perhaps someone could tell me if refurbing this fireplace would be pointless and it'd be more cost efficient to buy new or less beaten up. Help! Please!

This model seems to predate the EPA testing. The 1984 date is for UL testing. The interior does not look like the EPA version. I don't see any secondary rack and the baffle is wrong.

This stove's baffle is clearly shot and needs replacement. It may take custom fabrication.

The venerable Country Perfomer S210 is still sold. It was sold under the Lennox brand for a while but now is under the IronStrike brand.
