Garn requires dielectric fittings between the iron pipe connected to the Garn and copper fittings attached to that pipe. If later in the copper piping system a single black iron tee or several tees are connected together, to create a manifold, are introduced, must these fittings also be protected by dielectric fittings?

No, they would not need dielectric fittings.

I don't think the Garn actually does, either. From my conversations with their regional distributor, as long as there is 6+ feet of iron pipe between the Garn and any yellow metal (copper, bronze, brass), they're happy. It's usually a non-issue, since the majority of installations involve piping off the back, then all the way to the front using iron, before connecting to anything else.
