I am debating whether to buy a plate exchanger or build a hx out of copper pipe. I know copper is one of the best materials to build a HX, however, I have found little information on how much copper it would take to transfer 200k BTUs.
 
I used fin tube radiation because it was cheaper than regular copper at the time. Still happy after 4 winters...
