E 2 problem on englander

So every time I hit on it starts up normal about 5 seconds later e-2 shows up. After lots of research I put in a new igniter, vacuum sensor and an exhaust blower still does it. I've cleaned every part to this stove and still has an e-2 could it be the control board?
