easy question :viewing glass on Tarm

when the tarm is gasifieing.... can i open the bottom door to check it out?... or do i unscrew teh little viewing cap?
 
You can open the door. Use caution till you are used to it and make sure the flame is settled. Just after closing up the damper and switching the fan on, it can still have a gas explosion 10 or 15 seconds later. So use the glass till you are sure.
