Welcome to the Boiler Room AlbertGravlin.
Your return temp depends on many different factors. Do you have storage, how far is the EKO from the house ? You'll have to give us more details.

Mine once it is up to temp is around 180-185

Do you have a bypass set up at the EKO to protect against cold water shock? What is your return temp ?

OK, What's the supply temp ? How are you tied into your existing system ?

Where and how is your return temp gauge set up ? It could be there is a air bubble at the temp probe. We need to know more about the system before we can help.

sorry for the delay. I tied into the existing boiler by putting the supply from the eco into the return on the oil then the supply from the oil into the return to the eco. the supply temp is up to 195 on the control panel. The return has a strap on thermometer.

It may very well be your gauge is inaccurate. Have you insulated the sensor ?

Are you getting the heat you need to all your zones ? What does the temp gauge on your oil boiler read ?
