The Keio Advanced Zero emission vehicle or KAZ Limousine. (Although like all electric vehicles, the emissions are not zero, they are outsourced.)

The KAZ holds the world speed record for an electric car: approximately 190 mph. It has an electric range of about 180 miles and will carry 8 passengers.

If nothing else, this shows what could be done for medium duty trucks in terms of capacity and performance.

Just for the sake of clarity, even though the emisions are outsourced, they are still considerably less than if the vehicle were powered by an ICE. Additonaly, it is possible to power this (or any electric) from clean sources of electricity.
