Does anyone know what the factory setting is for the 'low burn air' button. I've checked iburncorn and hearth.com as well as google. Every forum either directs you to another forum without the answer or says to look in the manual (which I have done, it says the settings are preset and not to change them).
If your reply is to call Mike at Englander then I can save you some time. That is what I will do eventually if no one knows the answer. I'm sure Mike has a lot of more imporntant matters however and this seems like a simple question with a simple answer.
