i am new to pellet stoves and was wondering besides the basic vacuum of the ashes what is involved in a full cleaning and how often
end of season 2 times a season ect.

You posted a few weeks ago that you had just bought this stove new at HD.

You should have received a owners manual and a service/maintenance DVD with the stove.

If you did receive the owners manual and DVD you should read the manual and watch the DVD as they do explain the maintenance your stove requires.

If you did not receive the DVD you can contact Englander and they will send one to you.
The DVD is free, BUT they will charge you a little over $12.00 for shipping.

You can also download the owners manual for your stove from the Englander website.
