have an englander insert which was working perfectly till recently. now, it will run about an hour then the auger will shut down . if i wait about an hour and refire it will run another hour b4 the auger shuts down again . anyone have any ideas about this ? thanks

Viking, you need to supply a little more info....stove model, how old, when was last full cleaning, what are the stove controls set at when this happens, what are the bottom 3 buttons set at, etc.

Also, it will help us in the future if you put the make & model of your stove in your signature line.

If it`s a dual auger stove don`t rule out a weak top auger motor that fails when it gets hot.
Check to see it`s getting voltage when it stops. It should run for 2-5 sec`s (depending on setting) and then go off for 9-11 sec`s.
The bottom auger should run continously.
