I have had the environmental for 18 years it has been great.
I recently change the exhaust blower and last year did the Air Blower .
I replaced the gasket for the ash pan last year .
The problem is it seems to be over venting . The vent slide is tight and shut .
So where is the problem , I bought so low ash hardwood premium pellets and the could be great but the over venting is not allowing it create the heat it should.

If the vent is closed, try pulling the vent open about
a 1/3 of the way and see how your stove performs
If the slide plate is closed, you are not getting enough combustion air
Video Envrio flame pattern. not your stove, but flame is
relative to all Enviro stoves
